- All orders are shipped via USPS First Class. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. We do not guarantee timing on orders, but customers rave about our quick response time on shipping and repairs. Please feel free to contact us if you prefer another method of shipping.

The On-line Store is designed to give you options concerning the privacy of your identifying information. If you choose, you can set up an account. This will allow you to have a customized order page for express ordering and to view your purchasing history. When purchasing products through the our web site, the order form will also ask you to provide a daytime telephone number. However, the telephone number is only used to quickly resolve questions relative to an order, such as to clarify customer email addresses that are inactive, or entered incorrectly. We do provide links to other sites. Other Internet sites and services have separate privacy and data collection practices. Once you leave our site, we cannot control, and have no responsibility for, the privacy policies or data collection activities at another site. At times, we will use a feature on your web browser to send your computer a "cookie". We do not use cookies to retrieve any personal information from your computer. - Returns & Replacements
- Exchange only. Please be aware that there may be additional shipping charges for shipping charges. Pat's Magnetic Jewelry has a no tolerance "No Refunds" policy on products and/or shipping fees.
- What do I do if my item breaks?
- We guarantee the makemanship of all our hand-made products including all the permanent ferrite/magnetic hematite anklets, bracelets, necklaces, and wraps. We will replace a broken magnetic ring for a fee of $1. If you would like for us to replace faded or worn pearls or colored magnets please include $2.50 for bracelets and $5 for necklaces. We will re-size and repair our stainless steel bracelets at no charge beyond the return postage fee of $1. *You do not need to send a receipt with the item *You DO need to send $1 for each item for return postage *You DO need to put items in a bubble-wrap lined envelope *Include $1 fee for broken magnetic rings (include the pieces of the ring please) *If you would like your pearls or colored beads replaced please include $2.50 ($5 for necklaces) *Include a return address, size (if you know it), and style number (if you know it) *Mail to: Pat's Magnetic Jewelry Repairs 2713 Richardson Drive Norman, OK 73071 That's all there is to it! We can usually repair the item within 5 business days from the date we receive it in the mail, and we will return your item via USPS regular mail. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for it to return to you as we have no control over the way the mail runs. Usually, however, items are back to customers within about 2 weeks.
- How do I know what size to order?
- Everyone has their own comfort zone, therefore the size is dependant totally upon the customer's preference. The magnets can work up to 1/2" away from the body, so if you like a bracelet loose, then it is fine. They do not have to be worn tight for them to work. Wear what is comfortable. If it isn't comfortable, then you'll take it off and be disappointed. If you order the wrong size just let us know and we will trade it out for the correct size at no charge! Necklaces: It is hard to suggest the correct size of a necklace because it depends on how thick the person's neck is. We suggest measuring a necklace that is the same size that you want the magnetic necklace to be. You can also take the tape measure and see what a 16", 18", 20" etc. would feel like on your neck and how far down it would hang. 18" is the most common necklace size for a woman. If you want the necklace to be hidden under the clothes so you can wear other necklaces on top, then we suggest a longer size. It all comes down to personal preference. Bracelets and Anklets: When measuring for correct size of bracelet or anklet use fabric tape measure and place index finger between skin and tape measure. Pull tape measure snug but comfortable.
- Who can get relief?
- Currently, people all over the world are being treated with magnets for migraines, arthritis, carpel tunnel, tendonitis, TMJ, swelling, fibromyalgia, and much more. Some cancer patients are being treated with magnets, as well as animals such as horses. There really is no limit to what kind of pain it can possibly relieve, or for whom it can provide pain relief for. The only warnings or restrictions we give with our product is for people wearing diabetic devices, pacemakers, or women who are pregnant. Those people should ALWAYS check with their doctor before they try magnets. Remember this is self-help only and is not a medical device. We are not doctors and cannot prescribe anything for you, however, we can let you know what our customers tell us works, and provide you with the best quality of magnets!
- How long should I wear the magnets? Can I wear them in water?
- How long you wear the magnets is up to you, however, we strongly advise that the magnets are worn all the time. Never take the magnets off. Many people do, however, "test" the magnets by taking the product off for a while to see if their pain returns. This is totally up to the customer. It's a great way to test the relief. Don't forget - Our Permanent Ferrite beaded magnets can be worn in the bathtub, shower, hot tub, sauna, ocean, while playing sports, sleeping, absolutely anything.
